WHAT TO EXPECT: Setting sacred space, setting our intentions, a powerful guided relaxing and healing meditation where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. These group healing journeys will help you to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in.  These powerful group healings will also assist in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm, inner peace and connection.

These group healings are for those wanting to connect with like minded souls, those already on their spiritual / self healing journey, or those curious, those interested in re-connecting and embarking on their self growth healing journey.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a small cosy blanket with you, water & a flask of something warm, especially if you’ve time to stay for the last 20 minutes or so, to chat, of course if you have to leave promptly then please do so.
