Bespoke Hypno-Heal Session/Recording

Once purchased, I will email you a questionnaire to complete. Your Bespoke Hypno-Heal Recording will then be written, recorded and emailed to you within an agreed timeframe. Your bespoke hypno-heal recording will be approx 25/30 minutes in duration OR if you prefer to be with me live on zoom whilst I record it, for a hypno-heal 45 minute session, we will first set sacred space together, you will set your intentions, I will then guide you into relaxation and then you will receive positive suggestions and affirmations tailored to you and the session recorded for you to keep.

It is then advisable for you to listen to your bespoke hypno-heal recording everyday for 28 days and occasionally thereafter. The mind learns by repetition, so by listening to your bespoke hypno-heal meditation recording everyday for at least 28 days your subconscious mind will be upgraded by installing new positive powerful affirmations, suggestions and statements to form new powerful positive thinking and mindset, whilst also instilling calm, relaxation and healing using the power of my guidance and positive words, your imagination and intention during this session / recording. | www.samblaney.com
