Inner Child Healing or Mini Healing Retreat 2 Hour Session

We will meet on Zoom (or in my Upton-by-Chester therapy room) for this powerful approx 2 Hour Session, where you will partake in either an Inner Child Healing Session OR a Mini Healing Retreat to Relax, Release, Receive, Reset, Renew.

WHAT TO EXPECT: During this approx approx 2 Hour Session we will have an initial chat, then we will be setting sacred space, setting our intentions, I will guide you along a powerful relaxing and healing meditation journey just for you and your inner child, where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. Then I will do approx 1 Hour of Quantum Healing (& Reiki) specifically for inner child healing or a general emotional & energetic block clearing & healing if you prefer, while you lie down and listen to some high frequency healing music. This bespoke healing meditation journey just for you, along with the 1-1 quantum energy healing will help you to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in.  These sessions will also assist in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm and connection. Powerfully healing, clearing and relaxing, take some time out for your self-care.

You will also receive the recording of your bespoke guided Healing Meditation so you can listen again & again to keep receiving the powerful energies & frequencies.
