• WHAT TO EXPECT: Setting sacred space, setting our intentions, a few minutes of breathwork, a powerful guided relaxing and healing meditation where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. These group healing journeys will help you to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in.  These powerful group healings will also assist in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm and connection.
• WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a cosy blanket, water and a flask of something warm if you’ve time to stay the last 30 minutes or so to chat in the group with like minded people, of course if you have to leave promptly then please do so.

• 90 Minute Mini Healing Retreat , In-Person in Chester or via Zoom – Bespoke Guided Healing Meditation Journey (or Bespoke Hypno-Heal Journey) includes 45 Minutes of Distant Quantum Healing & Reiki : £99 – During this 90 Minute Treatment we will set sacred space, setting our intentions, do a little breathwork, then I will guide you along a powerful bespoke relaxing and healing meditation journey just for you, where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. Then I will do around 45 minutes of Reiki Energy Healing & Quantum Healing on you, while you continue to lie down and listen to some high frequency healing music, float away and relax the mind. This bespoke healing meditation journey along with hands on energy healing or distant healing will help you to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in. We will then finish with a few minutes of singing bowl frequencies.  These sessions will also assist in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm and connection. Powerfully healing, clearing and relaxing.  Available via Zoom or in-person. To enhance this powerful session it is best if you can relax afterwards to help integrate the healing energies. This session is also great for couples or small groups of friends wanting to be on zoom together.   Please allow at least 1.5 to 2 hours if 2 people or more are attending and the cost will depend on how many people are coming along.
