INNER CHILD HEALING

• • Some experiences in childhood can feel very traumatic to a young child. Things that we as adults may consider non-traumatic or not particularly scary, can feel deeply distressing to a young child.

    As children, we also make decisions during scary, intimidating or painful experiences which can lead to limiting beliefs playing out for the rest of our lives. For example something you may consider not traumatic, like a teacher or a parent often telling a child you need to do better, be better, achieve better grades etc, can lead to the belief of not being good enough, creating a cycle of failure and self-blame, or feeling stuck or held back in life, control issues, perfectionism, procrastination, low self-esteem – all sorts of issues, resulting from minor or major trauma.

    As adults, we may continue to escape old painful feelings & emotions by becoming workaholics, keeping ourselves very busy, addictions, or engaging in other avoidance behaviours, unable to be still with oneself. This allows us to run and avoid feeling the pain but keeps us trapped in a loop, in repeating patterns of behaviour or feeling down, stuck, anxious – all manner of issues. WE NEED TO FEEL TO HEAL.

    To begin your healing process, you must rescue and nurture your inner child.  You may need to return to the root cause of any trauma, to the memory, the upsetting or scary event. This may involve going into hypnosis or other reflective practices to revisit the traumatic moment and fully feel the emotions the child experienced at that time, so the trauma can be interrupted, understood and the child rescued, or it may require bringing healing energy, light and consciousness to the younger inner child via a guided healing meditation & quantum healing.

    During this 90 Minute Treatment we will first have a chat to discuss if there is anything in particular you want to work on, like the inner child, we will then set sacred space, setting our intentions, do a little breathwork, then I will guide you along a powerful bespoke relaxing and healing meditation journey for inner child healing, or a general healing & clearing, whatever you need to receive, where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. Then I will do around 45 minutes of Quantum Healing on you for inner child healing, or a particular issue you want to work on or a general healing and clearing, while you continue to lie down and listen to some high frequency healing music, float away and relax the mind and body. This bespoke healing meditation journey along with hands on energy healing or distant healing will help you to begin to heal your inner child or if a mini healing spa session to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in. We will then finish with a few minutes of sound bowl frequencies.  These sessions will help you to begin to release, clear and heal as well as assisting in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm and connection. 

    If you feel you may need more than one Inner Child Healing Session, then please consider my 1 Month Package, where we will do some Rapid Transformational Therapy which involves hypnosis & regression to past events from childhood (or teen years or adult years, depending on the issue you want to work on), plus includes a Bespoke Hypno-Healing Meditation as part of the RTT Session, Quantum & Reiki Healings, plus the Inner Child Healing Session discussed above, including the Bespoke Inner Child Healing Guided Meditation to repeat in your own time as part of your healing self-growth journey.
